1. Will be available my personal profile in Russian language if I fill out the join form in English one?

Your profile will be available in both languages: English & Russian. However you may fill out 2 additional fields in Russian (describe yourself & describe your ideal match) if you know Russian and want your Russian profile more informative. To update your Russian profile, please, log into Members area, go to "Your Profile", choose Russian language and fill out above mentioned fields.

2. I just registered, but I can't see my profile in the search. Why?

It takes from 5 minutes to 24 hours in working days to confirm your membership. We monitor new profiles before publish them in public areas.

3. I am not Jewish. May I join JewishClub.com?

Anyone who agrees with the Terms of Service is welcome. It does not matter your religion affiliation or ethnicity. We just would like to draw your attention that many of our Jewish Singles are looking for Jewish only.

4. What information of mine is disclosed to other Members and why you need my e-mail and phone number?

We disclose other Members your public information only, such as height, eye color, age etc. All your private information, such as e-mail address, phone number, first name, last name, submitted by the Member is confidential and will not be disclosed. We use your email addresses for providing the services regarding our site. We may use phone numbers in private correspondence with the Members for Customer Care issues. 7. Why do I have an option to hide my Profile?

You have this option if for some reasons you do not want to show your profile on our site, but want to use other services.

8. Do I need to post my photos?

You arent required to post your photos, but its highly recommended. A profile with photos is likely to be browsed 10 times more often than those profiles without them. A nice photo of yourself adds personality and presence to your profile. Your photos should show more than just what you look like, they should communicate your personality and the things that you love in your life. Keep in mind, you can always replace/delete your photos, manage who sees them: all visitors of our site or Members only. Moreover, you are able to upload your private photos and share them with your friends only. Your private photos are available only for other Members you have added to your friend list. Just click To be friends with . in the message you have received from the Member you would like to share your private photos with. So again, we recommend you add your photos.

9. How many photos can I post on your site? What format should my photos be? How can I post my photos/voice greeting?

You can post on our site up to 5 photos. The photos must be in a jpeg or gif format, each one no more than 200 Kb size. To upload it, please, log into Members area, go to "Your Profile", press "add photo", and then select the "Browse" button. Finally, find your photo on your computer, click it and press "Upload Photo" button. Once approved, uploaded photos will be placed exactly as they are submitted.

You may record your personal voice greeting on your computer via microphone and save it as wav format file, no more than 500 Kb size. To upload it, please, log into Members area, go to "My Profile", press "add voice greeting", and then select the "Browse" button. Finally, find your voice greeting on your computer, click it and press "Upload" button. Once approved, uploaded voice greeting will be placed exactly as it is submitted.

The alternative way to post your photos/voice greeting is e-mail them. Please, do not forget include your date of birth, Username & password.

10. What are cookies? How can I enable them?

- In the Allow per-session cookies (not stored), click the Enabled button.
- In the Allow cookies that are stored on your computer, click the Enabled button.
- Click OK.

3. Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x (Mac)
- Click the Edit menu and select Preferences.
- On the left pane, under the Receiving Files section, click Cookies.
- In the right pane, find the pull-down menu next to when receiving cookies and select Never ask.
- Click OK.

4. Netscape Navigator 4.x (Windows and Mac):
- Click the Edit menu and select Preferences.
- Click on Advanced in the list of topics on the left side of the window. The right side of the window should now display a series of checkboxes.
- Find the box labeled "accept all cookies" and make sure it is checked.
- Click OK.

5. Opera for Windows (Version 9.xx):
- Click the Tools menu and select Preferences.
- Click the Cookies tab and check the box labeled "Accept cookies". Click OK.

11. Why do I need to use your internal mail in stead of my regular e-mail address?

Internal mail provides you private, secure and flexible communications with other Members of our Service, your regular e-mail is not disclosed to other members. All communications with other Members stay onsite so that you never have to give out any private personal information until you feel completely ready. Then when you are, you can exchange phone numbers and even meet in person. We'll let you know that you have a new message by sending a e-mail notification to your personal email address. To read the message, simply login to the site and go to your Inbox in your Mail. If you decide to write back, click Reply, write your own message and send away. Just press "contact me" button on any Member's Profile you are interested in and write your message if you want yourself to initiate contact. You may request receipt on read by check "receipt" while composing your message.

14. What is "flirt me" service?

It is a quick and fun way to let someone know you're interested. You pick a one-liner from our list of "flirt me", and it's sent to the Member of your choice. He/She gets it via internal site mail and then can go to your profile and communicate back with you.

15. How do I add a Member I am interested in to my "Hotlist"?

To add a match to your "Hotlist" simply click on the "hotlist me" button found on their Profile.

16. How do I keep other Members from knowing that I added them to my Hotlist?

If you don't want other Members to know when you've Hotlisted them, go to "Show other Members if you hotlist their profiles" in Control Panel and select "No".

17. Why does my Hotlist change?

Please, keep in mind that some Members may hide their profile from showing up in your Hotlists, suspend or terminate their membership. This is why your Hotlist changes.
